
How can you use prayer to feed your goals and your path to excellence? How can you use the body in yoga postures as prayer? Every action, every word, and even every thought can be a prayer when we are tuned into that sacredness. Join us for a day of stretching, pranayam, yoga, goal-setting, and meditation. Learn how to make your prayers more effective! You will receive a folder containing all of our practices for the day so that you may continue them at home.
HarDarshan Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor and teacher trainer from Chapel Hill.
