Wellness Programs - Yoga for Back Care

It has been estimated that mechanical disorders of the spine represent greater than 90% of the causes of back pain.  The pain can range from an infrequent nuisance to a significant disability.  Either can affect your general well-being.

This instructional 3 hour programoffers a comprehensive approach to a healthy back by bridging Ancient Hatha Yoga practices with traditional therapeutic techniques.

There is an emphasis on postural alignment, pelvic stability and strengthening the core of the body to relieve chronic back pain.

Susan Koepp, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and  Nurse Practitioner
will instruct the sessions.
