A Beginner Basic Yoga Session starts April 16, 2018.   This is a great opportunity to learn and experience the basics of the healing tradition of yoga.  The 6-week session is equally appropriate for those who have never been to a yoga class, have limited or a lot of experience in the discipline.  Students share openly about the benefits of the session regardless of their experience level.
