Master's Class

Please join us this Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, as we explore Ujjayi Pranayama, a breathing technique that calms and balances the nervous system.  It is easy to learn and NO experience is required!
The class is from 10:30-11:45 am right after the regular multi-level 9am class.
