Yoga Class Schedule

Sunday - Closed

Monday - 5:30p-7p Yoga *Beginner Basics, a 6 Week Session that is offered 3 times a year and requires pre-registration. Start dates for sessions will be posted on the website. 
                  
Tuesday - 9a-10:15a  Yoga Joe's   (men only class)

Wednesday - 5:30-6:45p Yoga Multi-level, a 30 min. guided Meditation immediately following the practice class for those who choose to stay. 

Thursday - 10a-11:15a Yoga Multi-level
                      2p-3:15p Therapeutic Yoga 

Friday - Closed 

Saturday - 9a-10:15a Yoga Multi-level

Additional Classes offered monthly-

Technique Class- the first Wednesday evening and first Thursday morning of each month. 
Yoga Nidra- the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 4:30p-5:30p
Masters/Advanced Class- 2nd Saturday of the month, 10:30a-12:00p
