Garlic Broth

Can't get enough garlic?

8 cups vegetable stock (make your own?)
1 whole bulb of garlic -  peel and chop cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
A pinch of dried sage

1. Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and serve or refrigerate for future use.
