Basil, a Healthy Herb

Basil a very healthy herb, is readily available in many home gardens this time of year.  Basil is an excellent source of Vitamin K, iron, calcium and Vitamin A.  In addition, basil is rich in dietary fiber, manganese, magnesium, Vitamin C and potassium.
