Keep Yourself Hydrated

Feeling drowsy during the day? Maybe you’re just thirsty! Sleepiness and low energy can be early signs of dehydration. And remember that thirst can also be mistaken as hunger. So before you grab the junk food, drink a big glass of water instead. To make it easy, keep a pitcher or thermos of ice water and lemons or ginger nearby. It’s good for your body and refreshing on a hot summer day.
